Oil Mill Zlokic was established in 1995 in
Vela Luka on the Island of Korcula.
Production organization in the oil mill is

In an authentic historical island
ambience, one can taste two kinds
of olive oil that represent the finest
blend of the native Dalmatian
types of olives lastovka, oblica and
orgula:

PRODUCTION

The oil production takes place in 650m2 of closed space. It uses traditional
technology with stone mill and hydraulic presses, as well as a contemporary
system, that is, continuous production with centrifugal machines.
At Oil Mill Zlokic Inc., the production involves many tasks such as: organizing,
planning, placing and taking orders, getting materials necessary for production,
handling of the product in different phases of the process all the way to the finished
product leaving the factory. The oil is a natural olive juice, free from vegetative
water and waste. It contains all essential acids and vitamins, and it has distinctive
fragrance and aroma.
